You have received 5 offers from audit and assurance firms within your specified criteria! That is great. Have a chat with the engagement partner and get a feel of the firm. You may even consider visiting them to assess their culture and if it meets yours 

Here are some questions you should ask them? 

• Whether they have similar clients to yours 

• What are the issues they commonly face with clients like yours 

• Who will be the responsible engagement partner and you would like to speak with him / her, if applicable 

• What other types of clients similar to yours the firm has 

• How do they add value to their clients and what your expectations be 

• Specify verbally as well what is included in the offer 

• How will his firm ensure that you will not be missing any deadlines 

• What other type of services they offer or ask about additional services of interest to you 

• How frequent your communication will be and whether it will be via phone or email etc so as to see if it suits you.
