Real Client Instructions - Client does not provide their accountant promptly their sales invoices

All sales to EU clients must be sent to your accountant the minute the sales invoices are raised as we are recording them via the VIES mechanism. 

Note: Sales between EU VAT registered Companies or individuals are recorded through the VIES EU mechanism, something that we do by the 15th of the following month, hence we need instant access to these sales invoices as soon as they are issued.
