Sorry for the late reply but our offices are now closed for the summer break till the end of month. Our offer includes postal services, correspondence and compliance with statutory requirements.
The submissions of the annual returns of the company are charged extra, if performed by our office at 150 + VAT + disbursements.
Company secretarial services of non routine nature such as apppointments of directors / resignations / changes of addresses etc are also charged at 150 + VAT + disbursements.
Apostilisation services are charged extra depending from number of paperwork required and frequency of services.
