i am still interested to set up a company in cyprus.
I hired in september 2020 someone else to set up a company for me, XXXX, maybe you know them. There happend a lot of troubles. After not get a new company opened up he offered me after 2 months an existing one for which i just have the docs up to now and a POA. As i can not work without a bank account, for what i am also waiting now about 2 months, the documents of a company for whom i am not even shareholder or director are worthless for me.
I am in little troubles now and need a solution asap. Is it really that heavy to set up a company and get all thinks done in times of covid? He said to me that its heavy to get thinks ready in covid times.

As discussed please find below our offer which is pretty basic. I believe you are after option C.
1. Purchase of a Company
Option A
a. Ready Company - Euro 1,650 + VAT (from 1,800+ vat) - time -> immediate use
b. Directors, shareholders in the ready company (on of our regulated entities) - Euro 1,400 + VAT - per annum
Option B
a. Create a Company from scratch - Euro 1,500 + VAT - time -> more than 1 month
b. Directors, shareholders in the ready company (on of our regulated entities) - Euro 1,400 + VAT - per annum
Option C
a. Create a Company from scratch - Euro 1,500 + VAT - time -> more than 1 month
b . Directors, shareholders etc - yourself or wife etc - no fees
2. Setting up bank account
We charge Euro 600 + VAT (from 800 + vat) for the setting up of a bank account. Again this is something you can do when you visit Cyprus.
No physical presence is required.
3. Accounting & Audit Fees
XXX, please find attached our pricelist FYI.
