Real Estate/Conveyancing
We have facilitated hundreds of real estate transactions on behalf of our clients. Whether we act for the vendor or the purchaser, we conduct the due diligence procedure on the purchaser's source of funds, liaise with the banks involved in the transaction to ensure a smooth transaction, conduct a full due diligence on the property that is being acquired (when we act for the purchaser) to ensure it is not burdened with any mortgages and/or charges, we visit all the relevant government authorities to obtain the clearances required by the Land Registry (normally, the client does this but we include it in our package offer since we know how inconvenient and bureaucratic these procedures are), we arrange the submission of the sale agreement to the relevant Land Registry and we ultimately have the new title deed issued in the name of the purchaser.

Bank account opening
We work with all local banks and facilitate the opening of bank accounts for our clients, whether individual or corporate accounts. We work for years now with Bank of Cyprus, Eurobank, Revolut, EcommBX. We also work with overseas banks. Dissolution of companies
Companies need to be closed just as often as they need to be formed. We undertake the voluntary liquidation of the company by its members, the appointment of a liquidator (our firm has four approved insolvency practitioners who act as liquidators in these type of situations) and the following of each step until the issuing of the dissolution certificate by the Official Receiver. Our fee is an all-inclusive (we do not charge the appointment of an insolvency practitioner from our team separately) and it depends on the assets and liabilities of the dissolving company and the type of assets that must be disposed and the type of liabilities that must be settled prior to the finalisation of the dissolution.
