We would like to agree with him/her in advance his/her compensation per project basis to examine if this can be financially feasible/viable for our company. 

A few words about our company:

Our company an import/export-technical consulting company. More specifically we import mostly metallurgical spare&wear parts (hammers, blow bars, grids, anvils etc.) but also refractories (firebricks etc.) and conveyor systems (rubber conveyor belts, etc.) from international manufacturers (esp. China but also Italy & Germany for manganese steel) to distribute them in the European market, providing technical consulting services as well.

Our customers (mainly in Greece but also in the rest of Europe) are Quarries, Recycling Industries, Mining Industries, Cement Industries, Steel Industries, Shipyards, Energy Production Industries and Port Authorities among others. Our well-known partners (suppliers) internationally are huge groups in Europe (and Asia) with whom we successfully cooperate for many years, having visited their premises and having assessed their technological know-how in practice .We have gained vast experience in winning public/private procurements from our participations in tender processes. We have also dealt with other environmental projects (industrial filters) and recycling machinery, crane bridges, marine hoses etc. In case it is asked, references to assure our reliability and credibility can be provided both by our partners, our customers as well as the bank (Alpha Bank Cyprus) with which we cooperate.
