We are a small software development company established in 2020. Our company has two employees, one full time developer and one part time admin, both are shareholders.
We do our accounting in-house using Xero. All transactions have been uploaded and reconciled. We do VAT returns and IR7 in-house.
We have an auditor already but we are not happy with their fees since this is minimal work. In addition we want someone with basic knowledge of Xero so we can grant them access and get what they need without need for involvement.
We need a review as per new simplified regulation, with FS in Caseware and submission of IR4 and HE32 (note our deadline for the latter is 15 April).
