Are there any basic license for sale with the lowest capital requirement of Euro 50,000?

We need a simple Cysec license,  with capital requirement of Euro 50,000

We will not be using STP or using clients funds. We will be advising clients for third party products they have. We will not custody or hold client money. We will get paid from the investment companies of where the client will deposit the money. 

We are simply advising on investment options and then the client is deciding.

Budget is an estimate.
