Hi, Would like to know the costs for setting up a new company. Also, the monthly or annual costs for book keeping, tax, payroll, audit and anything that is related to legally own a company in Cyprus. The company will provide software as a service through the cloud. No physical store. For now only the only employee will be myself and I will act as the director as well. Do I need a secretary? I will be either working from home or a co-working space. For any further information please let me know. I would prefer email communication at first, in order to have everything written down.
