I am a UK tax resident and I indent to relocate to Cyprus for as much is required to obtain the Cyprus non dom status. I have checmed the requirements with my local Cyprus Tax experts and they have give me the Green light as far as Cyprus is concerned.
What abou the UK? Will i have any troubles? What are the residency tests for UK tax residents changing their tax residency.
