Service providers best practises

Our service providers are advised to take advantage of our network and marketing precedes on line and offline by providing to us articles or relevant materials for publication in our platform. This increases their chances of receiving more enquiries either directly via our platform or indirectly as our users will be able to contact them at the specified contact information.

We strongly advice our service providers to communicate with the users via our platform unless they provide them with their contact information. We respect each others privacy and do not wish our service providers to disrupt our users for promotional or other reasons.

All our service providers signed an engagement letter for services offered to our users, this is not only a requirement by the associations that regulate our service providers (ICAEW and ACCA) but also a strict requirement by Finhub.

We do not tolerate harsh comments by our users for poor quality of services which will ban you from our network.

We are very strict with our terms of engagement which we expect you to honour.
