1. THE SUBSCRIPTION
Our platform is designed to enable you, (hereinafter the “Service Provider”, “you”, “your”) to send out quotations to prospective clients whose enquiries have been introduced to you via the Website and which are based on your registration selection criteria, with a view to your providing the prospective clients with services.
Prospective clients may require assistance with services including:
- Accounting / Bookkeeping / VAT Work
- Audit Work
- Advisory Work
- Tax Work
- Corporate Work
2. PROCEDURE
The Procedure is:
1. We share prospective client enquiries with you based on the registration selection criteria chosen by you on our Website *
2. Upon receiving a prospective client enquiry that may be of interest to you, our Website provides a platform for communication between you and the prospective client, to assist you with obtaining the information that you need in order to issue a quotation and engagement letter for the provision of services to the prospective client**
3. If the prospective client wishes to accept your offer to provide services upon the terms and conditions of your quotation and engagement letter, you can both sign your engagement letter, at which point a legally binding contract for the supply of services will be made.
* The prospective client enquiries which are shared with you will depend entirely on your latest registration selection criteria. The registration selection criteria allows you to select the services you wish to offer, along with the specific characteristics of your preference, such as preferred industry, budget, and geographical location. You may amend your selection criteria at any time simply by logging into your portal and selecting alternative options. In light of this, the relevance of the prospective client enquiries which are shared with you will be determined solely by the accuracy of the information supplied by you and therefore please consider your responses carefully.
** Our Website is designed to assist with the collation of information from prospective clients to allow the service provider to prepare and submit an accurate quotation with little direct communication with the prospective client. In the event that sufficient information is not collated to allow you to provide a quotation, then you may request more information direct from the prospective client via the communication portal on our Website.
Please note that we include a scoring system on our Website which allows prospective clients to leave scoring on your profile which can be viewed by other prospective clients. All prospective clients will be bound by our terms and conditions of website use which can be accessed at https://www.finhub.com.cy/terms, however Finhub does not verify such reviews and ratings and accepts no responsibility for such scoring provided by prospective clients. Should you receive a rating which you believe is unfair, please contact us at support@finhub.com.cy.
FinHub reserves the right to immediately terminate your subscription or prevent your access to the Website where you seek to communicate with prospective clients outside the platform prior to a prospective client signing your letter of engagement or where your engagement letters include unfair contract terms. This right lies entirely at the discretion of FinHub, which aims to protect the prospective clients and service providers to ensure a fair, professional, smooth, co-operation between them.

Finhub was design to save you time! As such, you will be receiving in your e-mail notifications for new job enquiries based on your registration details entered during your latest selection criteria.
The selection of the services you offer and the specific characteristics of preference, such as preferred industry, budget, city determine which jobs you will be receiving in your inbox. These criteria can always be updated and amended by you, simply by logging in your portal.
You are always welcome to provide us with your recommendations in order to improve our service and the collaboration between us.
3. OBLIGATIONS OF THE SERVICE PROVIDER
The service provider is obliged to provide accurate binding quotations to the users of FinHub. FinHub was designed in such a manner so that the service provider obtains all necessary information to give an accurate quotation without communicating with the user.
In the event that such quotations cannot be given accurately then more information should be requested from the service provider via the Finhub platform.
All communication between the prospect client and service provider must be conducted via the Finhub platfrom.
FinHub reserves the right to immediately ban service providers which unlawfully communicate with users outside the platform to avoid registration, annual subscription fees or for any other reason.
Deviation from Quotes / Offers
If there is a deviation from the agreed fees or fee range due to unforeseen difficulties during your engagement, then such deviations should be communicated with the clients / users of FinHub in the upmost professional manner to ensure smooth handling of the matter.
It is important to remember that Finhub holds a scoring system where users or recipients of your services can leave positive and negative comments.
Under no circumstances FinHub is responsible for any issues that may arise between the user and service provider at any time through the entire process.
In addition, we strongly advice our users to read carefully the engagement letters of your firm to ensure full understanding of the terms of service and overall cooperation between you.
FinHub reserves the right to ban service providers who promote strict and unfair engagement letters to their users. This right lies entirely at the discretion of FinHub legal department which aims to protect the users and service providers to ensure a fair, professional, smooth, co-operation between them.
4. PROVISION OF SERVICES BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER
Services offered by the service provider must be accompanied by an engagement letter tailored to the service. This engagement letter will be signed before the commencement of any work by the service provider.
For smaller jobs such as tax return preparation, engagement letters could be very short and precise, at the discretion of the service provider however an agreement must be in place between your firm and the new client.
The service provider must always, provide its services at the upmost professional manner expected in their field of expertise.
If such services are performed poorly, or issues arise between the users and the service provider, FinHub reserves the right to terminate this engagement with the service provider Immediately. This means termination of the right to access the FinHub platform as a registered service provider or user.
FinHub includes a scoring system whereby users will be able to leave scoring on your profile which will be viewed by other prospective clients. The higher your score the higher your chances of being selected by the users of the platform.
5. PERFORMANCE OF THE SERVICES
FinHub.Com.Cy is provided by Fin Hub Limited a registered Cyprus limited liability Company. Fin Hub Limited Company Number is HE 332028 and its address at Themistokli Dervi 41, Office 101, , HAWAII NICOSIA TOWER, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus
6. FEES
a) Pricing Policy
Our pricing policy is designed to assist you get the maximum exposure and number of clients possible. Originating from the accountancy and audit professions ourselves, we have decided to offer the use of our platform at flat fees based on a subscription model.
- Period 1 (12 months from day of joining) - Free
- Period 2 (additional 12 months) - Free*
- Period 3 (12 calendar months) - Subscription
Subscription Fees:
Firm Size Subscription
- Sole Practitioner Service Not Applicable
- Small < 5 Employees Euro 2,000 + VAT
- Medium < 10 Employees Euro 2,500 + VAT
- Large < 30 Employees Euro 4,000 + VAT
- Very Large <300 Employees Euro 6,000 + VAT
Important Notes:
- Year of registration (Period 1 above) is always free for all service providers. This is a condition that will not change.
- FinHub reserves the right to change the fees at any point by giving 6 months' notice to its service providers in Period 2 of their engagement.
- * In the event that a Service Provider obtains work from FinHub in Period 2 of more than Euro 1,500, then annual subscription becomes payable for that year.
Examples:
1. Service Provider acquires in Period 1 a service of Euro 4,000 +VAT
- No subscription fee is payable in Period 1 and in Period 2
- Period 3 annual subscription fee must be paid at the beginning of the year by the 31st of January.
2. Service Provider acquires a service in Period 2 of Euro 2,000 + VAT in March
- The annual subscription fee becomes payable for Period 2 in April.
- Period 3 annual subscription fee must be paid at the beginning of the year by the 31st of January.
3. Service Provider acquires a service in Year 3 of Euro 2,000 + VAT in September
- The annual subscription fee becomes payable in Period 3.
- Period 3 annual subscription fee must be paid at the beginning of the year by the 31st of January.
b) Our Invoices
- Will be added to your portal and be sent to you electronically to the e-mail address provided.
- Invoices should be settled within fifteen (15) days from the date of issue.
- Failure to settle our invoices will render your subscription void and legal damages could be seeked.
7. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
