Hello,
My partner and I have been digital nomads for the past 10 years. Jose has been working in England as a tax resident in the UK, but he left his employment in May 2025. Marimar is officially registered as a resident in Spain; however, in practice we never meet the 183-day requirement, as we are constantly travelling. We are currently based in Spain.
We have recently retired from employment, and our current income is primarily derived from Spanish real estate rentals. In the future, we also expect to receive pension income from the UK as well as dividends from mutual funds.
We are planning to relocate to Cyprus in 2025 as Non-Dom tax residents under the 60-day rule but we are planning to be travelling and stay in Cyprus only temporarily.
While we are familiar with the main rules and requirements, we are seeking professional support to clarify certain specific questions and to review our documentation before submission to the immigration authorities, to ensure full compliance. In addition, we would appreciate assistance with finding suitable accommodation and setting up utility accounts (water and electricity).
