How does it work?

a) Personnel - salary subsidies

Typically you recruit the employees and within 1 or 2 months you need to apply for the subsidy.
Usually you will receive the funds within 3 months from the day you apply.

b) Equipment / technological upgrades etc

Typically you must apply, spend your own money to enhance your business (buy machinery, software etc) and then get the subsidy, usually within 6 - 12 months you apply for the grant.
